This is a basic visual inspection of your electrical installation. Suitable for landlords who have previously had a full Periodic Test and Inspection carried out and can be used as an annual check on the basic electrical safety of their installation.

It provides a good indication of the condition of the installation and how it complies with the current electrical regulations or if a more in depth Periodic Inspection Report is needed.
